After Angel left to join her boys and play in the TT dimension, I decided to liven things up a bit by bringing home Joy’s “little” sister, Mini.

           Things immediately got almost too lively since Mini doesn’t have a calm bone in her tiny body.   She wakes up at top speed and doesn’t slow down until it’s bedtime.  She’s curious, funny and quite independent.  As a puppy, her  favorite pastime was snatching toys and shoes and either piling them on the bed or maneuvering them out the dog door and creating lawn decorations with them. 

           Mini has also learned obedience and does a little agility on the side when I can get her going in a direction other than what SHE chooses.  She loves to hop in the motor home or car and go for trips because she just has to see what’s on the other side of the next hill.  She’s also into guarding her turf from friend or foe and  has no idea that she’s barely a foot tall and only weighs 10 pounds.  She’s ruff, tuff and ready for the world at all times.

            Mini began her competitive career with the new sport Rally Obedience.  She found she really liked rally obedience and quickly went from novice to excellent.  Being a typical TT, she just HAD to throw in a few tricks along the way, like running around the ring in circles instead of doing the exercises.  The judge was really glad to see us leave.  She went on to complete her novice obedience title then went back to finish an Advanced-Excellent Rally title twice and was the first TT to do so.  During this time she discovered agility and finally found a place where her penchant for running like crazy in the ring could be put to good use.
